We aim to help aspiring young people to gain the 'bricks and mortar ' to give a foundation for a future experience and career and associated
Together, we raise funds for charity while celebrating elegance and innovation in couture design.
We also offer young models, photographers, lighting technicians, sound engineers, makeup artists and stylists to become involved and experience the excitement and dedication needed to create a fashion show. With mentoring from professionals.

Welcome to the Youth Fashion Foundation
The Youth Fashion Foundation (YFF) is a creative platform designed to empower talented young designers aged 15–21. Founded with a clear purpose — to give young people a space to express their ideas and passion for fashion — and importantly helps give the opportunity for them to create building blocks and a foundation for their future career.
YFF combines opportunity, creativity, and social impact, all while raising vital funds for The King’s Trust.
At the center of the foundation is an innovative nationwide fashion competition and inspiring runway show, offering emerging designers the chance to showcase their work in a professional setting, build confidence, and connect with others who share their love for design.

Our Aim
Our aim is to give young designers (and other young people associated with the world of fashion , such as aspirng stylists, photographers and an exciting, supportive space to shine — where they can show off their creativity, connect with others, and help raise funds for other Young people, through raising funds for The King’s Trust.
Fashion Awards
The YFF Fashion Awards will celebrate rising talent, with the winner getting the exciting chance to bring their design to life.
The Winner will selected on the night of the catwalk show ( DATE TBC 3rdweek Oct 2026-1st week Nov 26.) By our 3 judges (industry judges hopefully - TBC)
The Winner have the opportunity to have a small run of their deign made and sold in an independent boutique/s. Plus £500 of credit for materials from *name tbc* here they can get further material to make more wonderful designs.
The Runner up, will receive credit for Material up to £250. Their place in the Awards will be celebrated on our Social Media - with positive publicity.
As this is our first show - entries will be limited to the first 250.
All of the entries will be noted on our social media - to give entrants publicity ( unless designers do o not want this - if so you can opt out).

The catwalk show
The YFF Fashion Show Catwalk brings young designers’ work to life with models, music, and the excitement of the competition and awards.
The top 75 designs will be selected to go forward to the catwalk.
All catwalk designs will be listed / photographed and displayed on our social medica and website - and IF wanted members of the public can request the design to be purchased and made for their own sizing - that would be on an individual and independent basis and would not form part of the competition process. This is not compulsory and woud de designers choice.
The Catwalk show will hope to be live streamed.
Supporting each other
At YFF, Our Aim is to help we’re building a supportive creative family and give young fashionn deligners and aspiring Fashion ournalists, Stylists, hotographers, Hair and Make up deigners - as well as Sound and lighting engineers the foundation to add to teeir portfolio - work with professionals and have a supportive start to the beginning of their potenial futurecareer.
Welcoming young designers, aspiring models, hair and makeup artists, and light, video and sound technicians between 18-25, to come together, shine, create a Wonderful community based show and to make a difference for The King’s Trust.

Lighting and sound engineers
As a college or university student (18 years -25) studying lighting, video production, photography and sound engineering, we offer an exciting opportunity to donate your time while showcasing your skills in the vibrant world of fashion.
Participating in this charity fashion show - not only allows you to gain invaluable hands-on experience in an inclusive and supportive environment but also enables you to contribute to a worthy cause. By collaborating with emerging designers and established brands, you can demonstrate your technical prowess in lighting and sound, creating an immersive experience for the audience. This involvement not only enhances your portfolio but also helps to raise awareness and funds for charitable initiatives, making your contribution significant both artistically and socially.

Stylists
In the vibrant world of fashion, there lies a golden opportunity for aspiring makeup artists and hair stylists to showcase their creative flair and talent. Young stylists can gain invaluable experience while enhancing their portfolios in a nurturing environment, where innovation and artistry are celebrated. This unique platform not only allows stylists to demonstrate their abilities but also supports a worthy cause, with proceeds contributing to charitable initiatives.
